You have an existing building and a question regarding what can it become. We have answers and the experience to back them up.
Since 2005 we have designed transformations and renovations for universities, healthcare operators, hotels and private owners, including the Academy or Arts, the University of Helsinki, Mehiläinen, Hotel Haven, Hotel Fabian and Hotel Haikko. Our new building has focused to date on apartment buildings, commercial concept design and master plan development.
Our services range from preliminary development study and test fit packages to standard full scale principal and architectural design services. Many commissions start with a Strategic Site Potential Study, as a fixed-scope assessment of what an existing building could become, as well as the case for doing it.
Our principal designers hold Eurofins certifications, and we are constantly on the lookout for new talent.
LIIKE partnered in the ReCreate -project, the international EU Horizon 2020 programme developing the reuse of precast concrete elements, and we are currently participating in the Motiva challenge for innovation in sandwich element reuse, for Senaatti.
LIIKE is a member of the Association of Finnish Architects’ Offices (ATL).
